How to get there

General Overview:
This year’s event takes place in Hall 11 of the National Exhibition Centre. Widely acknowledged as THE exhibition centre to hold an event, the NEC boasts good onsite parking facilities and is also easy to reach, with comprehensive motorway access from the M1, M6, M40 and M42 to the A45. A free shuttle bus is available from most car parks in the NEC which will transport you to the exhibition venue.

Parking for Hall 11 is in the north car parks.

FREE Parking at the Show:
Exclusive offer to visitors who pre-register to attend the Group Leisure & Travel Trade Show before 17th September 2010 and attend on either 22nd and/or 23rd September 2010: Pre-registered visitors to the show who are bona-fide group travel organisers, coach operators or members of the travel trade are able to save £8.00 on car parking at the NEC, when they attend the exhibition on either 22nd and/or 23rd September 2010. Simply visit the Group Leisure stand and the staff will issue a voucher upon your arrival, which will enable you to park FREE for each day you attend.

Free coach transport to the Group Leisure & Travel Trade Show:
Organisers of the Group Leisure & Travel Trade Show have now finalised the free coach transport for the show this September. The following coach routes are free of charge to all visitors attending the GLTT on 22nd and/or 23rd September 2010. In order to book your free place simply contact the appropriate operator as detailed below. Please note that seats MUST be pre-booked. All routes and times are subject to change due to traffic conditions on the day:

The NEC also has its own railway station, Birmingham International, which is linked to the Centre by a covered bridgelink. The Centre also has direct access with the capital, with London only 90 minutes away by train. Other regional towns also can be easily reached from Birmingham International. Birmingham International Airport is also only a few minutes from the venue, with airlines servicing the airport from over 34 different destinations in the UK, Europe and North America. Birmingham International Airport is also accessible from London Heathrow and London Gatwick as well as other regional airports.
